Our Process

1. Once you have applied for a role, we will always endeavor to respond to all applications where possible.

6. We will provide you with timely feedback on your status in the process and outline the next steps.

2. If you meet the technical requirements for the role, we will contact you to ensure a basic fit regarding location, salary, and company culture.

7. If the client moves to the next stage, this may involve a second interview, assessments, or credit and reference checks.

3. If everything aligns, we will schedule an interview with one of our consultants.

8. At this point, your consultant will work with you to prepare the required candidate pack to present to the client, facilitating a successful offer.

4. Following this, we will compile a concise CV and presentation to deliver to our client.

9. We understand that this process requires effort and time, and we appreciate your cooperation. Our goal is to make this as smooth and seamless as possible for both clients and candidates.

5. If the client decides to move forward, we will arrange an interview or schedule the required assessment.
